We’ve got some fantastic news to share.

Ocean King Ltd has successfully secured a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Derby, supported by Innovate UK, with funding of around £200,000.

This project will focus on digitally transforming our operations through better data, smarter systems, and AI-driven supply chain optimisation. The aim is simple: to improve efficiency, strengthen resilience, and support long-term sustainability as we continue to grow.

More importantly, this partnership reflects what we believe in — collaboration between industry and education, investing in people, and doing things the right way.

A huge thank you to the University of Derby team and everyone involved in making this happen. We’re incredibly proud of the work so far and excited to get started.
