My first and probably only student celebration today. It was good to see some faces and have the chance to say goodbye to the class of 2026 today!

This evening was a very hot, but enjoyable class - last one before our final exam next Tuesday šŸ˜¬ and it was mock exam night! Thankfully we had a lovely video to practise with and Iā€™m hopeful to have the same people in our official one šŸ¤žšŸ¼letā€™s do it BSL Level 3 Class of 2026ā€¦ weā€™ve worked hard to get this done!

So here we go again with the heatā€¦ this time I canā€™t really escape it and itā€™s going to be a very long day at college for me! No cooling off nicely in M&S this afternoon šŸ„µ

Itā€™s my last official lesson this evening before my final exam next week - this course seemed so long when I started it, now it will be over by 6pm next Tuesday, unless I fail šŸ¤¦šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

Happy Monday folksā€¦ itā€™s time to get up and ready and get back into work gear! Another day supporting in the workplace for me so Iā€™m preparing my legs for the day!

Itā€™s going to be getting a bit warm this week so Iā€™m not looking forward to it at all, plenty of ice water, salt and rest will be needed to keep me going and not passing out all over the place!

I am now definitely resting my aching bones after standing for the full day yesterday and now have a trapped nerve in my back and severely painful legs, knees and ankles!
