We would like to thank everyone who attended the CPR and Defibrillator awareness training at the Club on Saturday.

Yesterday, Paul, Joe and the team (pictured below having a quick break) delivered a CPR and defibrillator awareness training at , emphasising the importance of this vital life skill that can make all the difference in an emergency situation. These sessions cover a range of topics, from understanding the signs of cardiac arrest to hands-on practice with defibrillators, and Paul and Joe's expertise and enthusiasm helped to put everyone at ease. Great engagement from attendees, who asked thoughtful questions and participated in the hands-on exercises, and thanks to the club for their hospitality and for providing a comfortable and well-equipped venue! ๐Ÿ™Œ We're thrilled to have been able to share our knowledge and skills with the community, and we're already looking forward to future sessions, where we can continue to spread awareness and empower more people with this lifesaving skill! ๐Ÿ“…๏ธ
