At the weekend we catered for a wonderful wedding on a Derbyshire farm, with the most fabulous weather ☀️
Guests enjoyed a tapas table alongside welcome drinks, followed by a 2 course meal of tenderloin of pork wrapped with sage leaves and prosciutto, oven roasted with crispy belly pork, surrounded with a Dijon white wine cream sauce.
And to finish, a tulip brandy snap basket filled with a curl of white Belgium chocolate mousse, dark Belgium chocolate mousse, topped with fresh raspberries on swirls of summer berry coulis.
With topped flatbreads served in the evening
