From Christmas morning mimosas to ringing in the New Year with live music, here is everything you need to know about our opening hours over the festive season 🥂

Highlights:
🎄Dave's festive breakfast - Xmas eve from 9am
🥂 YES, we are open Christmas Day, head down for that lunchtime drink and get cosy in front of our new log burner! Ch*****ne by the glass & Mimosa on specials.
🥓 Bacon Sunday - 27th Dec from 10am (last year we were fully booked so we strongly advise booking early!)
🥂 New Years Eve - open all day from 12pm! Live music from 9pm from

We have sadly lost one of our crew this week 😭💔 we couldn't save him from his sudden illness and he's crossed over the rainbow bridge 🌈

Bouquet has always been a dog-friendly cellar, but this one is deeply personal to us. In loving memory of our sweet boy Blue, who brought so much joy, tail wags, and love to our lives, we are introducing the "Brew for Blue" campaign to help fight canine cancer Animal Cancer Trust

From now until the end of 2026, 100% of proceeds from every Puppaccino sold at Bouquet will go directly to funding dog cancer research and care🐾✨

Every dog-safe cup of whipped cream we serve—along with all the ear scratches that come with it—will directly support dogs in need and keep Blue’s kind spirit alive right here in the cellar.

🍊Orange W**e Day! 🍊 🍷

Today is National Orange W**e Day. What is an orange w**e? (Contrary to popular belief it’s made from grapes not oranges!) The process involves making a white w**e in the style of a red, longer fermentation and leaving the skins in contact with the fermenting juice! Resulting in a richer, more tannic w**e with orange/mandarin type flavours 🍊 😍

Never tried one? Pop down this week - we have 4 different orange w**es by the glass all weekend. We suggest pairing it with this week’s snack special, mini lime and coriander poppadoms with Indian salad and mango chutney! 😋

Wow 🤩 what a week we’ve had! We’re super pleased to announce we now have our keys for our second venue…..introducing brew_taphouse!

The hard work is underway to bring you amazing craft b**rs, w**es and a new exciting food menu in Allestree! 🍻 🍷 😋 We have an experienced team with extensive knowledge both b**r and w**e! We will be stocking a wide range of cool and locally sourced b**rs and ales, alongside some new additions and an elevated w**e list.

We are working our socks off in the background and aiming to open by the end of October 🤞🏻 The old No. 189 will be closing shortly so please stay up to date by following our new social media page brew_taphouse

FULL HOUSE! 🍺✨ Oktoberfest weekend at Bouquet is officially SOLD OUT!

We are fully booked this Friday and Saturday from 4pm, weather permitting have some outside barrel tables if you missed out on a ticket!

A huge thank you to everyone who grabbed tickets. We can’t wait to welcome you all alongside our friends for an epic weekend of Bavarian street food and the ultimate cold brews!

☕ Artisan Coffee: Small-batch, locally roasted beans straight from pulled to perfection. All our hot drinks are made using local dairy milk, supplied directly from Duffield Dairy just down the road.

🥖 Rustic Sandwiches: Stacked on rustic Spanish bread, pressed warm, and packed with carefully sourced cured meats and specialty cheeses.
Our tapas is also served all day, every day - with some cosy autumn additions 🍂
