One question we get asked a lot is: “Why don’t you pay food reviewers to come and review our food?”

There’s one main reason why we choose not to pay for reviews.

We believe that if you’re paying someone to review your food, the feedback should be honest, constructive, and genuinely useful — not simply a positive review because they’ve been paid to be there.

We’re always open to constructive criticism and hearing how we can improve, but we want that feedback to come from a genuine customer experience.

That’s why, when it comes to genuine reviews from paying customers, we always encourage people to look at our Google reviews.

Of course, we know that not every review online will be completely accurate or representative of every customer’s experience. But we believe the majority of Google reviews come from real customers who have actually visited, paid for their food, and shared their honest experience.
