Tried Pepe’s chicken and rice for the first time! 🍗

The chicken was definitely the highlight for me. It was cooked perfectly, with that lovely charred finish that I really enjoy. I’d happily go back for the chicken itself, but the rice and garlic mayo didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

Having now tried Meri Go’s, Pepe’s and Roscoe’s, I’d have to say Roscoe’s on Stoney Lane is my favourite out of the three so far. Everyone has their own preferences, but Roscoe’s just does it for me! 🔥

When Allah (SWT) calls us FIVE times a day to stand before Him in prayer, do not ignore His call. 🤍🕌

Don’t trade your Ākhirah for this Dunyā. 🌙

We are only here for a short time, but our time in the grave may be long. This world is temporary, and the Ākhirah is everlasting.

Never let the temporary pleasures of this Dunyā distract you from your Salah, your faith, or your purpose.

Prioritise your Salah. Remember your Creator. Prepare for your Ākhirah.

May Allah (SWT) make us among those who guard their five daily prayers, forgive our shortcomings, grant us a good ending, and bless us with Jannatul Firdaus. Āmīn. 🤲🏻

Absolutely 🙏🏽❤️ Sometimes we get so caught up in what we don’t have that we forget to appreciate what we do have.
A roof over your head, food on your table, and the gift of waking up to see another day are blessings that should never be taken for granted. Every new day is another opportunity to grow, learn from yesterday, improve yourself, and work towards a better tomorrow.
Gratitude changes your perspective. You may not have everything you want, but if you have life, hope, and the chance to do better, you still have something valuable to be thankful for.
Wake up grateful, live with purpose, and never take another day for granted. 🙏🏽✨

With so many distractions around us, we are slowly losing our imaan. This temporary dunya is not worth sacrificing our akhirah for. No worldly pleasure is worth losing our connection with Allah. Let’s return to Allah before we return to Him. May Allah guide our hearts, strengthen our imaan, and allow us to leave this dunya in a state that pleases Him. Ameen. 🤲🏻❤️
