Cooking Instructions

Bring steaks to room temperature for 20-30 minutes before cooking.

Heat a frying pan, griddle or BBQ until very hot.

Cooking Times (per side):

* 🔵 Rare – 2 minutes
* 🟣 Medium Rare – 3 minutes
* 🔴 Medium – 4 minutes
* 🟤 Medium Well – 5 minutes
* ⚫ Well Done – 6 minutes

After cooking, rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestion
