Whisky gets unfairly typecast.

For many , whisky – especially peated whisky – belongs beside a roaring fire on a cold winter's night. When summer arrives, it's all about gin and tonic, spritzes and lighter spirits.

Not for me. I stilll want depth of flavour.

Some whiskies are absolutely made for warm evenings in the garden. Fresh, fruity, distillate-driven drams that shine when the sun is out and the barbecue is cooling down.
