A new week begins, and with it comes a fresh delivery from the abattoir of beautiful local South Creake lamb.
Today, Alice is breaking the lamb down into its primal cuts – legs, shoulders and loin. She then removes the breast and carefully chines the loin, producing those wonderfully tender and flavourful Barnsley chops.
From whole carcass to expertly prepared cuts, it’s all part of the craft that ensures the very best quality reaches our customers.
