Honestly, we can’t thank you all enough. Every follow, like, share, comment, recommendation and every single person who comes through our doors has helped us get here.

We started Notorious with a love for making seriously good food, and to now have 20,000 people following along with what we do is absolutely mental.

We’ve had some journey so far… and the best part is, we’re only getting started!

Yesterday was one we’ll never forget!

It genuinely felt like we served Birria Tacos to half of Belfast! 🌮

In all our years of trading, we’ve never seen demand like it and we are known for being busy ! The support, the queues, the kind words… it was incredible.

Four years ago, my wife and I took a leap of faith and invested our wedding money into a food trailer. We had no guarantees, just a dream, a lot of hard work, and a belief that if we gave it everything, something special could come from it.

Seeing our story featured in the Belfast Telegraph is a proud moment, but it’s only possible because of the people who believed in us.

To our incredible customers, thank you. Every visit, every recommendation, every social media share and every word of support has helped build Notorious Street Food into what it is today.

To our amazing team, thank you for the commitment, passion and hard work you put in every single day. You represent the brand with pride, and we couldn’t do it without you.

And to my wife, thank you for taking that risk with me four years ago. We’ve faced plenty of challenges along the way, but we’ve never lost sight of the vision.

We’re incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come, but we’re only getting started. The goal remains the same—to make Notorious Street Food Ireland’s leading street food brand.
