Telephone call from a Mrs peoples lastnight with the order placed via myself. To the value of £26

Don’t think people truly understand how tight the margins are in regards to food as it is without having to dump perfectly cooked food!
It’s just pure rudeness

If it’s a genuine mistake fair enough at least call us up and make us aware of the mistake. Surely it’s not to much to ask.
