On Fridays we get up early to pack the veg boxes.
A lot of the harvesting has been done the days before, with some more harvesting in the morning.
The day before we have worked out what will go in the veg boxes, which veg and what quantity. We usually have 2 different small boxes, and the large one is the same for everyone.
Lots of packing and weighing in the greenhouse, with sometimes some last minute changes if we don't have enough of a certain veg.
At the moment we are fully subscribed, delivering 30 to 35 veg boxes each week. We should be able to increase to 50 next year!
