Today we’re proud to celebrate British farming — the industry we’re lucky enough to be part of every single day. 🌾

Farming isn’t just a job; it’s a way of life. It’s early mornings, long days, unpredictable weather, tough decisions and plenty of hard work — all with a passion for producing quality British food and looking after the land for generations to come. 🌱🐄

Leedham Farm Dairy in Desford has its very own self-serve Milk Shed, where you can fill up with fresh farm milk or make yourself a flavoured milkshake straight from the vending machines. 🐄 🥛

You can bring your own clean bottle or purchase one of their reusable glass bottles while you’re there, then bring it back to refill again and again.

Their milk is gently pasteurised and non-homogenised, and they aim to have it available in The Milk Shed within approximately two hours of milking — it really doesn’t get much fresher than that!

And it’s not just milk! The farm shop is full of local and British produce too, including pies, ice cream, cheeses, free-range eggs, preserves, fresh yoghurts, butter, local crisps and more.

Open 7 days a week, 7am–7pm, including Bank Holidays.

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Leedham Farm Dairy has been named Dairy Producer of the Year – East Midlands 2026! 🎉

From a little idea back in 2020 to bring fresh, local milk to our community, we never could have imagined just how much love and support we’d receive along the way.

This award means so much to us. It’s a recognition of the hard work that goes into what we do every day, but most importantly, it’s a huge thank you to all of you who have supported us, bought our milk, spread the word and kept coming back. ❤️

We’re incredibly proud to be part of such a wonderful local community, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
