What says summer more than a smoothie - but make it protein 💪

Here's our favourite Blueberry and Vanilla Protein Smoothie recipe!

Ingredients:

1 scoop Nutristrength vanilla whey/pea protein powder
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for extra creaminess)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Ice cubes (optional)

Method:

🔵Peel the ripe banana and break it into chunks.

🔵In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, banana chunks, vanilla protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup (if desired), and vanilla extract.

🔵Blend the ingredients on high until everything is well combined and the smoothie is smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more milk to achieve your preferred consistency.

🔵If you'd like your smoothie to be colder or thicker, you can add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and incorporated.

🔵Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

🔵Once your Vanilla Protein and Blueberry Smoothie is smooth and creamy, pour it into a glass.

Optional: You can garnish the smoothie with a few extra blueberries on top for a burst of color and freshness.

Give the smoothie a gentle stir before enjoying it with a straw or in your Nutristrength Glass Shaker.

This Blueberry and Vanilla Protein Smoothie is not only delicious but also packed with protein, antioxidants, and essential nutrients.
