We're out in the sunshine at the Oxfordshire Young Farmers County Show today so come along and say hello. We've got honey tasting, a demo of our hive moving equipment, and plenty of folk to chat all things bees and honey.

A big thank you to Meadow Honey Farm, one of our Silver Sponsors for the 2026 Oxfordshire YFC Show and Rally.

What began as a small hobby in 2006 has grown into a thriving family‑run beekeeping business. Rob and Jo Nickless started with just a few hives, and today they care for around 300 hives across Oxfordshire and Berkshire — from the meadows along the Thames to the heights of the Berkshire Downs.

As Rob developed his beekeeping expertise, Jo explored the incredible properties of beeswax, creating a wonderful range of products that now includes hand creams, beeswax candles, honey foods, skincare and even furniture polish. Their stall is always a favourite, and the variety of hive‑made products never fails to surprise people.

Alongside their honey and beeswax range, Meadow Honey Farm also offer pollination services and beekeeping courses, sharing their knowledge and passion with others.
