Are your apples ready to pick?

Don't guess. Cut one in half and check the pips.

⚪️ Pale/Beige: Not ready. Leave them alone.
🟤 Light Brown: Getting close.
⚫️ Dark Brown/Black: Ready to pick.

Don't rush them; the best juice needs time on the tree.
Keep an eye out—we'll be posting details for our annual apple swap very soon. 🍎

We are all set up and open at the Black Isle Show.
Stop by the stall for some proper Highland cider. For the cans, we have Heavy Sun and North and South.

For the 75cl bottles, we have the new vintage of This is Ceitidh, our Islay Cask, and the very last case of Wild Frontier.

As always, everything we pour is wild-fermented from freshly pressed juice, oak-matured, and made with zero added sulphites. Nothing but apples and time.

Come grab a drink

Heavy Sun.

Naturally sweet and easy-drinking, 3.5% ABV. This is a traditional keeved cider—something you rarely see in a can. By keeving our Yarlington Mill and Dabinett apples, we retain their natural sweetness without having to add anything artificial. 100% fresh juice, wild yeast, and a cold, slow fermentation.

Proper cider for the warmer days.

We are set up and ready to go for our very first time at the Inverness Farmers Market!

Come down to the High Street today between 10am and 4pm to grab some proper Highland cider.

Along with our usual core cans, we’ve brought along a couple of releases you won't find anywhere else right now:

Heavy Sun cans – fresh back from the warehouse and making their debut today.

Islay Cask – our brand-new batch of peated single-cask cider (not for the faint of heart)

Pop by, say hello, and sort your weekend drinks.
