Grain free, red poll beef is now available to order for collection on Fridays (afternoons) and Saturdays at the butchery and from on Saturdays over the next 4 weeks (cutting up a quarter a week). Alternatively take pot luck and pop into the butchery on Fridays and on Saturday mornings for any cuts that have available after the orders.

Any questions just pop us an email/text.

We will be open Good Friday and the Saturday with slightly reduced hours (closing at 4pm on the Friday).

The first quarter of beef is nowing being butchered.

Those on our email list should jow have recieved the price list, if you havent let me know and i will pop one over.

If you would like to place an order then please get in contact.

We will be cutting up the animal over the next 4 weeks starting with the front quarters and ending with the back quarters so if you don't want to order but fancy popping in to see what's going spare (on Fridays at the butchery or Saturday morning at the farmers market) please be aware that the cuts will reflect the quarter we are cutting up (I.e. rump steaks come from the rear quarters and fillet and sirloin come from the front).
