Four the Love of W**e.
We're pleased to be releasing a brand-new 'Ditchling Quartet' vintage 2023. This is an exciting new premium blend of the four lesser-known sparkling w**e varieties; Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Petit Meslier and Arbanne. This w**e is a traditional method sparkling w**e with long aging on the lees for a rich and complex w**e. The Brut style balances the structure which has plenty of aging potential. Delicious with food and brilliant as an aperitif, it's a great addition to our collection and you can buy online or directly from us at the vineyard from Saturday 10th October. Enjoy! 🥂

Always the Sun.
This year’s sunshine has ripened our grapes really well. We’re busy taking sample readings from our grapes to check on sugar and acidity levels. This will help us decide which varieties to harvest first, we are planning to start on Monday! As part of our environmental sustainability, the sun has also been powering our solar panels and this energy helps power the w**ery equipment, which will soon be in action. 🥂
