🍎 A tale of three juices...

Our first pressing of Discovery, Rosette and Grenadier from last week produced three amazing apple juices ready for fermenting into delicious ciders 😋

Our blushing Discovery juice, followed by the dark, rich berry colour of our Rosette and the deep golden Grenadier.

We've always made our cider from varieties that grow and ripen at the same time, trusting in the natural seasons of the varieties we grow and blending and fermenting them together to produce smooth, clean ciders with a perfect meld of flavours 👌
