It’s another week of not having a menu drop 😢

I won’t be opening at the Garden Gazebo this Saturday, or at all this weekend-as I’ll be pretending to be a fearless and unbreakable kid on two wheels!

I’ll share the details, date and menu as soon as everything is worked out for the following weekend!

Thanks to everyone who keeps supporting me, telling friends about Flat Out and reacting/commenting when I post.

We sold out this evening! Thanks to all who pre-ordered online, those orders secured their pizza and we sold out of any spare pizza dough within the first 30mins with walk-ups!

🇮🇹 Margherita Panuozzo 🇮🇹

Back in the Garden Gazebo this Saturday lunchtime from 11am until 2pm, serving a hot Margherita Panuozzo. Our signature panuozzo bread, topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, then loaded with fresh basil and crisp lettuce leaves, finished with a drizzle of mayonnaise.

Our Garden Gazebo is near Tait’s Tomb (between Dollar and Tillicoultry). It’s a 20-30 minute walk from Dollar or Tilli along the Devon Way.

In the Evening, we’ll be cooking pizza from 5pm, made to order and while you wait. Pre-orders are preferred to guarantee your pizza will be available (flatoutdollar.square.site) or clicking the Order for Collection link on our website homepage. Pizzas take 90 seconds to bake, so you shouldn’t be waiting long before driving home with the most freshly baked pizza possible! Straight from the oven, into a box and straight into your hands!

Back in the Garden Gazebo this Saturday, serving Neapolitan-style pizza from 5pm until 7:30pm. Made to order on arrival, our Neapolitan-style pizzas take around 90 seconds to cook. We want them to be as fresh as possible.

Please pre-order. It helps us serve everyone and if there’s a queue at your collection time, it gets you to the front. Pre-orders are guaranteed, while walk-ups will be served on a first come, first served basis until we sell out of dough.

Well, we finally did it… 1,000 Facebook followers!

When I started Flat Out in January, I honestly had no idea if anyone would be interested in what I wanted to do. I reluctantly spent £40 on a blue gazebo and sold mulled punch for £1 on New Year’s Day, just to see if people would come.

A massive thank you to everyone who has followed, ordered, shared a post or recommended us to someone. To everyone who just turns up and eats my food, I’m very humbled!

I’m especially grateful to those who have promoted Flat Out, keep coming back and trust me to give you good food! It’s almost entirely through word of mouth that i’m still doing what I love to do!

Getting to 1,000 is pretty bloody good and does make me think I need to keep loading breads!

Now… don’t let it fall below 1,000 😂

This is frustrating! We’ve been stuck at 999 FB followers for a couple of days now (and moments before posting this it’s gone backwards), so please get sharing Breakfast Sunday and tip us over that 1k milestone!

Next Sunday 4th October (not this coming weekend) we’re doing something a little different with a Breakfast & Brunch menu.

There’ll be 4 different styles, all with their own themed names, and you can even add locally sourced coffee to your collection slot!

As always, it’s about serving the best breads possible, but with fillings that feel like a full meal this time rather than a lunchtime sandwich!

There are no photos, so you’ll just have to trust me with your Sunday morning food. Expect these breakfasts to be bigger than the photo shown as this was a simple bacon & egg panuozzo I did before!
