We have some really EXCITING news to share! We are delighted to have been shortlisted for FOUR awards at this year’s NI Farming Awards 🌻🎃

We’re incredibly proud to be finalists for the Farm Diversification Award, Innovation in Agriculture, Farming Event of the Year for Summer & Sunflowers and Family Business of the Year

It feels especially lovely to be sharing the news as we come to the end of another very busy Summer & Sunflowers season.

We are delighted to be shortlisted amongst so many wonderful NI rural businesses and we wish all the finalists the best of luck 🥰

Something incredible happened at Flavour First today 🥰💍

A few weeks ago, we received a lovely message from a very romantic young man named Jack. He had a rather special plan in mind. He wanted to ask the love of his life to marry him, right in the middle of our sunflower fields 😍

And today, that plan became a reality!!

Jack had thought of absolutely everything, planning every little detail so carefully to create the perfect moment. He even memorised part of his proposal speech in Portuguese! Surrounded by sunflowers, on a beautiful summer day at the farm, he got down on one knee…and his beautiful girlfriend, Thamires, said YES! 💛

It was such a privilege for us to play even a tiny part in a moment that this beautiful couple will remember for the rest of their lives. Knowing that our little corner of Donaghadee will now forever be part of their story makes it feel even more special.

A huge congratulations to Jack & Thamires on your engagement! 🥂💍

Thank you so much for allowing us to share these absolutely gorgeous photographs. We think this might just be one of our favourite moments of sunflower season ever!
