The first in our new weekly series of book recommendations is from one of our co-founders, James. He's recommending "Wherever You Go, There You Are" by Jon Kabat-Zinn
James says; "I often struggle with being present in the moment, it's something that I'm continually working on, my mind often drifts to worrying about if I'm doing, saying or generally behaving in the right way for the given situation and before you know it I'm completely disengaged from whatever it is that I was part of. This book was recommended to me and has proved to be really useful in helping me feel more actively present at times where I would previously not have been. What I really like about this book is that you don't have to read it cover-to-cover, you can pick and choose which parts are relevant to you and focus on those."
"Wherever You Go, There You Are" by Jon Kabat-Zinn provides straightforward, practical advice on mindfulness. It helps readers achieve peace and clarity in daily life with easy-to-follow practices. Ideal for managing stress.
