Frank and I wanted to write to you to say a huge THANK YOU for making our Anniversary celebration such a wonderful, memorable occasion. We’ve had so many wonderful comments about the evening, the canapés, cocktails, mock-tails and your team were absolutely fantastic.

You really did make the evening a wonderful experience for Frank and I. You took all the pressure away and we were able to enjoy the celebrations. Everything was just perfect, even the weather which was a huge surprise. Did you arrange that too?

There are times when small miracles happen! This little lamb ( Grace’s has named her Isla) had a bumpy start but after a good warm up by the ( best lamb revivers ever!!) a good does of colostrum and a perfect size box this little one is doing well. I have a feeling Isla might become a pet! Grace is in love 🥰 with her!

Yesterday I was back to the beautiful river Test, the team and I love this place and feel so privileged to work here on a regular basis. It really felt like the first day of spring yesterday, and I was able to lay the table outside which was a bonus. What I love so much about the Test is the wildlife and the ever present sound of the water, it is a very peaceful and tranquil setting, a perfect day out if you are ever looking for a special day out! Thank you to all our fabulous suppliers for such good butchery on our grass fed lamb, for delicious trout for beautiful napkins, very fitting for the river and pairing perfectly with crockery cutlery

Hello lovely followers and friends, happy , here I am at my happiest, spending time with my beautiful family, and yes letting Grace paint my finger nails ( brave or silly? 😂), to all those who are juggling raising children, life and work, you are all heroes 🦸‍♀️! It’s not an easy balance but I wouldn’t change a thing!

With the last of the British tomatoes , cucumbers and more delicate summer leaves fading, it’s time for the roots, brassicas, and squashes to take to the stage. I simply love this time of year, the garden is looking so vibrant and warm . It always fills me with such joy & pleasure when we bring seasonal feasts to our clients who share our passion & appreciation for the food, nature at her best.
