We are a family run farm in the heart of Dorset we are that family with those highland cows (the very friendly, biscuit eating ones) 🐂
Along with our commercial beef and sheep we do highland cow walks, camping, bell tents and much more.

🫖 We Still Have Spaces Available! 🫖

Our Highland Cow Cream Tea Experience is proving popular, but we still have a few spaces remaining on our upcoming dates!

Join us for a relaxing afternoon in the countryside, surrounded by our beautiful Hairy Coos, whilst enjoying a delicious homemade cream tea served on vintage china.

Your afternoon includes:

🥪 Homemade sandwiches
🫖 Freshly baked scones with lashings of clotted cream & jam
🧁 Homemade cupcakes
🍪 Buttery shortbread
☕ Pots of tea & coffee

And after tea, you'll have the opportunity to get up close and personal with our Highland cows – giving them cuddles, strokes and or even a brush, whilst taking lots of photos to remember your day.

All the cows behaved really well at the Royal Bath & West Show. It was their first show out for 4 of them and they did us proud against tough competition coming home with 4 seconds and 2 thirds.

Long rest now before Mid Devon Show at the end of July.

We are at Bath & West, we've spent this afternoon settling in the cows and then giving them all a good wash and blow dry all ready for judging to start early tomorrow morning!

It's the first show for our 2 beef Shorthorn heifers and for a couple of our Highland heifers too, so fingers crossed they all behave tomorrow.

We had a great day yesterday, Gingerspice with her calf at foot came 1st in her class. Moira came 1st in her class of maiden heifers. They both went into native & traditional breed championship with Moira winning champion we then went into the overall championship where she came reserve supreme champion.

We had a great day out with the cows they all did so well, the little calf did especially well for his first ever show!

Now we are back getting ready for Bath and West show, we're taking up 6 cows with us tomorow evening, including some of Charlottes pedigree shorthorn heifers too! All ready for judging on Thursday morning.

Three of our girls & one little calf all having a wash & blow dry before heading to Sherborne Castle country fair tomorrow. Then back at cleaning and pampering from Tuesday morning as we are taking six up to Bath & West with us on Wednesday night.
