Just wondering if anyone offering alpaca walks have to pay for every animal at their farm to be registered with the council for their license?
I have been running alpaca walks for 7 years now and always only needed to have the alpacas that we use for walks licensed.
Council are now saying that every animal has to be licensed so being that I breed alpacas and the numbers fluctuate this is making walking unviable .
Also have to pay for every animal on the farm even if they are not used for animal activities.
Just wondering if anyone else has to do this ?

Had a lovely chap enquire about needing some boys to keep his old male alpaca company as he’s just lost his friend.
I only have weanling boys available for sale and no pet older boys so if anyone has any available I can pass your details on to him . He is based in Dorset .
