That's right, proper butcher's steak! 🥩👌

Also known as hanger steak, onglet is one of those cracking little cuts that doesn't always get the attention it deserves.

It's a lovely, tender muscle from the belly of the beast, and with only a few available from each animal, it's certainly not one to overlook! 🐮

🇫🇷 🇪🇸 🇬🇷 If you've been lucky enough to get away this year (unlike me 😂), you might well have tried this without even knowing it. It's hugely popular across France, Spain and Greece.

I've got roughly 60kg left over from a Dorset show job we were doing, and I'm glad to be able to pass the savings on to you lot! 👌

🥩🥩 BEEF TOPSIDE SPECIAL 🥩🥩

💰💰 £14.99kg — £6.70lb 💰👌

That’s right… summer is officially over now 🤣 so we’ve got some beautiful local beef back in the shop!

This one was part of a private job we did for a farmer over near Puddletown last week.

A lovely Jersey animal with tons of lovely yellow fat cover. Tim keeps his animals in great condition and it really shows in the beef 👌🥩

I haven’t got tons, but I’ve got enough for all my regular special followers to have a try! 👍

Weather’s a bit all over the place this weekend, but I’ve still got tons of BBQ bits and plenty of lovely roasting joints too 🔥🍖

I just wanted to jump on quickly and let everyone know we've got slightly different opening hours this weekend only.

🥳 Miss Meat and I are taking some well-deserved R&R to celebrate her 12th birthday! 🎉

Little Frank and Grandad Andy will be holding the fort, serving up all your usual favourites... just on a slightly shorter day! 🥩🔪
