c,making it much more versatile in the kitchen. For “2012” we are growing "allium sativum" a soft neck garlic that is native to central Asia.much stronger than Elephant Garlic but almost as big. Unfortunately due to expansion of our seed stock we are unable to supply Elephant Garlic this year .This was a hard decision to make but for the long term it means we will be able to supply many more people in the years to follow.
