A family run brewery based near the World Heritage Jurassic coast in Dorset offering a great selection of craft beer all available in our own on-site Jurassic Tap Room. Dorset Brewing Company was founded by Giles Smeath in 1996, who restored an 800-year-old brewing tradition to the Dorset port of Weymouth in the heart of the Jurassic Coast. Since then, DBC has grown in size and stature, acquiring

a new premises in December 2010 to accommodate a larger plant and thus satisfying the increasing demand for its award-winning core range and innovative limited edition specials. Our beers are available throughout the UK and are delivered locally by the brewery to customers in the south-west.DBC's Jurassic Tap Room and shop was opened on site in 2018 and provides a friendly focal point for locals and tourists alike to sample DBC's range of beers .
