Etherley Farm A family run farm producing free range chicken, duck, eggs, grass fed beef & lamb, pork & Christmas turkey & goose. Our basic campsite is open April - October.

Our page has daily posts to show what life is like on our small family run farm. Etherley Farm is situated at the foot of Leith Hill an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a National Trust tenant farm, which has been run by the Keen family for over five decades.

Another scorcher today and everyone is feeling thirsty, the chickens seem to prefer the lamas water over there own.

Busy few weeks for us at etherley, the camping session is in full swing and everone has been keeping the shop very busy, so a big thank you to everyone of you for that!

We have just had a couple of batches of our pasture raised beef go out, our lambs are now weened and our first batch will be ready very soon for our pre orders 👀

Our Christmas turkey chicks are out of the brooder and now have the hole barn, and in not to long they will be going outside and our free range christmas geese are now out in the orchard!

Like every other farm in the country we are waiting none to patiently for the rain. 🤞

Rose had a loverly bull calf this morning at 6, very quick up on his feet. Bit of early sun on his back before the rain this afternoon.
