These indulgent plant-based cookies are made with roasted peanuts and organic chocolate. They are so moreish. These cookies are packed with almond flour and peanuts so are rich in protein.

We love guilt free treats and these have much less sugar than other cookie recipes. The almond flour is packed with nutrition and gives these cookies the perfect texture.

These tasty cookies are chewy and crunchy; the perfect combination of texture and flavour. They only take 1/2 an hour to make and you are sure to love them!

This gourmet courgette chocolate cake is a great way to get veg into your day. We love cooking with our courgettes at this time of year. So far we have done some roasting, frying and the obligatory 'hiding' in tomato sauces.

When you have a glut it can be hard to keep finding new ways to use your courgettes. This chocolate courgette cake has saved the day. It used 500g of grated courgette in one go 🙏

Forest Whole Foods is still a family run business through and through.  We make all our decisions as a close knit team, always trying our best for our customers and the planet.  The last 10 years have been a journey to remember with many highs and lows.

During this time we have navigated huge global shifts caused by Covid, Brexit and Crop Shortages.  Not to mention the day to day challenges of keeping a business running smoothly. 

We were pregnant with a toddler in tow when we registered Forest Whole Foods. Our eldest has now started secondary school and that baby shares a birthday with the business - so has also just turned 10 😁

Together we have sourced 3,474,918kg of organic whole food around the globe, supporting organic farmers in their mission to save our soils and improve our health.

The joy we find in sourcing only the best organic products has never faded.  Our passion for making sure our food fits the strictest organic standards only grows with time.

Our birthday marks a decade of working with our lovely staff and fantastic customers.
