We need to vacate Manning House by end of November and we still have the following items up for sale:

- (SOLD) BUFFALO Commercial Countertop Glasswasher + 2 Baskets;
- (SOLD) POLAR 150l Commercial Undercounter Fridge;
- (SOLD) POLAR Countertop Ice Machine 11kg output;
- (SOLD) POLAR 100l Countertop Display Fridge;
- (SOLD) FRANCINO Contempo 2 Groups Espresso Coffee Machine.

All of the above is in perfect condition and always been treated with love.

THE TIME HAS ARRIVED!

Dear friends and customers of Gaia - Coffee and Food To Go ,

We regret to inform you that this is our last week of operation, with our final day being Saturday, November 8th.

Despite the significant interest in taking over the business, we were unable to reach an agreement with any of the potential buyers.

As GAIA Coffee and Food will cease trading, we kindly invite anyone who possesses gift vouchers to visit us soon. If you are unable to come, please do not worry; we will refund the available balance (purchased vouchers only).

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.

Our time is coming to an end!

Due to the development of a personal condition, I can no longer dedicate the time necessary for the business to thrive.

Before we abandon the efforts and funds we've invested over the past 16 months to keep GAIA afloat, we thought it would be a good idea to see if anyone is interested in taking over.

✨ Can you believe it? Today marks one year since our post went a little viral! 😬 What a rollercoaster it’s been!

We’re thrilled to share that our coffee shop is healthier now and a huge part of that is thanks to all of you! After that post, we welcomed many new customers—many of whom have become regulars who brighten our days week after week. We are truly grateful for your support—without you, we wouldn’t be here! 🙏

While we’re celebrating our successes, we’re still working on bringing in more customers from the bus stop. It’s definitely a puzzle we’re eager to solve! 😅

We did a big mistake 😔

We thought that being so close to the bus stop was a big advantage in selling coffees and drinks. We thought was going to be easier than it is!

Well...most of the people using a bus on weekdays are rushing or they have their faces on the phone and they are not even looking our way 🙈

It's been a big and expensive mistake. After almost 4 months since the opening, we are not doing half of the coffees we were supposed to.

As we are really grateful to have few amazing regular customers and people who love the concept of our coffee shop, we decided to be honest and show transparency once again and call for your help... If someone that you know uses the bus stop on Lord Street, please send them our way 👉

As the temperatures drop and the days get shorter, we've officially switched to winter mode!

Please note our slightly adjusted opening hours and the new single-door entrance. This changes are designed to help us keep our space cozy and warm while also managing the higher costs of the winter months. ❤️

The good news? With one door closed, we've created a little area for kids! 🎨📚 Now your little ones can color, read a book, or enjoy a snack while you sip on your favorite coffee.
