Histamine intolerance has many symptoms and it is often difficult to diagnose. We have many customers who have spent years in the dark before realising they had histamine intolerance all along!
Symptoms of histamine intolerance can include;

🩺- Low blood pressure
😵💫- Vertigo
🧴- Eczema/ psoriasis
😫- Anxiety
👋🏻- Itchy skin/ hives
🩸- Irregular menstrual cycles
🫁- Asthma attacks
😴- Fatigue
🤧- Runny nose/ itchy ears
😡- Facial flushing
Some people have many symptoms, others just have one or two, my son for instance only had eczema and a constant runny nose.
