The Euro-Toques Food Awards celebrate the very best food producers across Ireland — recognising quality, flavour, tradition, and sustainability. These awards honour the people behind our food: from farmers and fishers to cheesemakers and craftspeople, all deeply connected to the land, sea, and heritage.
Categories 2026:
Water – Celebrates sustainable seafood and coastal producers, highlighting those who fish responsibly and protect Ireland’s marine ecosystems (this year: small-scale crab fishers).
This year’s nominees are:

• Oliver Rogers Crab
