We are looking for temporary Christmas Staff at the Smokehouse between 25th November and 20th December. Any shifts available we are looking for extra hands to help pack and label our beautiful products for our busy Christmas period.

A positive, can-do attitude, a keenness to learn, an enthusiasm for cleaning, own transport and the ability to carry the odd heavy box are the main qualities we want from our Christmas temps. All necessary training will be given.

If you or anyone you know are interested in a few Christmas hours with us please do pm us let us know.

Yet another of our customers loving our produce and taking delicious snaps! This is from the gorgeous folks at Barton Court who go mad for our Great Taste award winning Hot Kiln Roasted Smoked Salmon. This is their latest creation a cracking looking fish cake. Please do check them out. Their location and hospitality are amazing.

On the menu today and tomorrow, fabulous home made fishcakes made with kiln smoked salmon from one of our favourite suppliers 's Smokehouse. Packed full of yummy fish mixed with local spuds and served with a green salad or some veg, they are delicious and nutritious

Washed down with a decent coffee - or a glass of wine - and a piece of cake, this is a tasty light meal.

The Loose Box Cafe at Barton Court, Colwall, WR13 6HN is open from 9:30 until 3pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

We're really excited to be showcasing our products, and Tony's creative fabulousness, tonight at the gorgeous Shell House Kitchen in for one night only.

The lucky folks attending this sold out Macneil's Supper Club event are in for an incredible treat.

Once again our good friends at CSONS Shrewsbury have created a beautiful dish with our smoked salmon. They really do know a thing or two about food. If you're in the area you have to visit or if you're in Ludlow then you lucky things could also get to CSONS Ludlow which is equally delicious!
