Separator Operator / Farm Worker
📍 Caledon Estate
Caledon Estate is seeking a motivated and reliable Separator Operator / Farm Worker to support the rollout and day-to-day running of our new mobile slurry separation system.
This role forms part of our wider commitment to feedstock management and renewable energy production through our on-site Anaerobic Digestion plant.
The Role:
• Assisting in the setup and operation of the mobile slurry separator
• Monitoring throughput and output quality
• Liaising with farm management regarding schedule, locations and quality of solid fractions
• Routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
• Supporting feedstock logistics and general farm duties
• Potential involvement in AD plant operations
The Candidate:
• Practical farming experience
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence with machinery
• Telehandler / tractor experience
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Full UK driving licence required
