Thanks Elaine Dempster for sending us in these pictures of your home smoked Rack of Ribs, they look delicious.
Apparently the "secret sauce" is:
1. Get your hubby Noel Dempster to make you a smoker from an old air compressor.
2. Rub Sea Salt and Black Pepper in to our Rooney Fine Foods prime ribs
3. Smoke on a low heat for 6 hours, spritzing with Pure Apple and Mapple syrup after 4 hours
5. Then finally smother in BBQ sauce and wrap in tin foild for the last hour.
