🐝💛 Busy little pollinator at work! 🌻

A beautiful bumblebee, dusted from head to toe in golden pollen, stopping by one of our sunflowers in the garden for a well earned drink of sweet nectar. Moments like these are a wonderful reminder of just how important our pollinators are.

Every flower visited helps support the incredible cycle of nature, and it’s a joy to watch these hardworking bees thrive in a wildlife friendly garden.

Here’s to sunny days, blooming sunflowers, and the amazing little bees that keep our gardens buzzing. 🐝🌻💛

🌼🐝 Every time we reseed our grass field, we make sure to include a wildflower mix around 50% of which is white clover.

When it’s in full bloom, it’s absolutely buzzing with honey bees. It’s one of the simplest ways we can provide a valuable food source right on our doorstep.

Unfortunately, the recent dry spell has really taken its toll. The clover is starting to burn off, and today there wasn’t a honey bee in sight. 😓🐝

The bumblebees are still hanging on though, which is lovely to see. 😊🐝

Fingers crossed for a bit of rain soon to freshen everything up and get the flowers blooming again. The bees will certainly appreciate it! 🌧️🌼🍯
