It is now my time to move to the next chapter and pursue a new career. I have handed over to Stuart who will continue to deliver for the many years to come.

Dear customer.

I am writing this post to inform you that Friday 14th February will be my very last delivery. Whilst this has been a very hard decision I feel it is my time to change, as I have been given a new job opportunity, which I feel I have to take.

Please do not worry. Stuart My Cover Driver of the last 4 years who knows the round, will be taking everything over and continuing as normal as from Monday 17th February, so you do not need to do anything.
He will leave you a letter with his contact details and introduce himself etc.

Please could I kindly ask that your account is paid and bought to £0 by Saturday 15th February, as I need to settle my final payments with the dairy and farmers etc.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your loyal custom and continued support over the years. I have had this round for almost 15 years now and some have had a delivery right from the start which I am truly appreciative of that !
I have had ups and downs through my time delivering, but have enjoyed every minute. I wish you well and continue to enjoy your deliveries for many more years to come.

For the attention of all customers or potential new customers.

You may have heard that some large dairy companies and supermarket retailers are trialing a product called Bovaer (a supplement fed to cows, designed to reduce methane emissions coming from cows).

We have received lots of messages about this and we can confirm that we have checked with our supplier, and none of the farms they work with are using this supplement or nor do they plan too in the future.

Longley farm also confirm the same.

Please be assured that we continue to supply good quality local produce to our local community.

‼️ to all customers ‼️

Unfortunately my delivery vehicle has broken down this morning 1/4 way through the round, meaning I will be unable to deliver the remainder.

I am getting the van into a mechanic today so hopefully can deliver the remainder asap or tomorrow morning.

I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused but rest assured I am doing all I can to get this resolved asap and get to you.

Please note, I will be delivering your usual Friday order ( 27th September ) one day earlier on Thursday 26th September.

This is due to attending a wedding and my relief driver being unavailable.

Our direct debit feature is now active and available for you to activate via our mobile app.

This makes things much easier.
Direct debit is a simple easy way to control and pay your dairy account.
Payment is made approx 10-11 days after the last day of your billing cycle. (1-2 weeks delivery )
You receive an invoice well in advance before payment is taken. No upfront payments are ever taken. You simply are charged what you have had delivered that previous week/fortnight.
Simply fill in the required form on our app and we do the rest!
