🐮❤️ Who would love some quality time with one of our lovely friendly calves? ❤️🐮

We're excited to be trialling a new 20-minute Calf Cuddling Experience for a maximum of 2 people, giving you the chance to spend dedicated one-on-one time with one of our gentle, affectionate calves.

As this is a trial period, we'll be seeing how both the calves and visitors enjoy the experience before deciding whether to offer it on a more permanent basis. The welfare and comfort of our calves will always come first, and we'll be carefully monitoring how they respond to these sessions.

Meet Nellie 🐄🤎
There’s something truly special about Brown Swiss cattle, and Nellie is the perfect example of why this breed is so loved. Known for their calm, gentle temperament, Brown Swiss cows are intelligent, patient, and naturally social animals.
Nellie is a real favorite on the farm — especially when it comes to cuddle time! She absolutely loves human interaction and will happily come over for attention, scratches, and affection whenever she gets the chance. Her sweet nature and gentle personality make her impossible not to adore.
Calm cows make happy farms, and Nellie certainly brings plenty of joy wherever she goes 🌾✨

A little Bank Holiday arrival… 💎🐄

Meet Diamond ✨ our gorgeous new dairy calf! She’s now 2 days old and already full of personality (and a very enthusiastic appetite 😄).

As a dairy calf, Diamond has been separated from her mum, so she’s being bottle-fed by us twice a day—and let’s just say she’s very keen when milk time comes around 🍼

She’s settling in brilliantly, getting stronger on those wobbly legs, and quickly becoming a firm favourite around here 💛

If you’re out and about this Bank Holiday weekend, you might just spot little Diamond ✨

When you are here collecting raw milk have a look for our lovely free-range chickens. There are 6 hens. They are doing brilliantly and laying really well at the moment 🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔

Free-range chickens enjoy plenty of space to roam, peck, and forage naturally, which helps keep them happy and healthy. This natural lifestyle not only benefits the chickens but also means the eggs are fresh, tasty, and full of goodness.

Fun fact: chickens can recognise over 100 different faces, including other chickens and humans—they’re much smarter than people often think!

Just a little reminder—if you have any empty egg boxes at home, we’d really appreciate them being returned so we can reuse them. Thank you for your support!

Meet Madonna – our one-of-a-kind Ayrshire lady in a sea of Brown Swiss! ❤️🐄

While the rest of the herd might be Brown Swiss, Madonna proudly flies the Ayrshire flag all by herself. With her beautiful red and white markings and a personality to match, she definitely knows how to stand out.

She might be the only Ayrshire in the field, but safe to say Madonna keeps the Brown Swiss girls on their toes and reminds us every day that being different is something to be proud of.

If you’re passing by the fields, keep an eye out for her – she’s the red and white one standing proudly among all the Brown Swiss. You can’t miss her! 🌾🐄

❄️ Meet our first calf of the year! ❄️

I am absolutely in love with this little one! 🐄💖 Despite the freezing snow and icy winds, she’s full of life, and her sweet little face melts my heart. Watching her find her footing in this cold world has been such a special moment.

As the snow falls, it’s not just us enjoying the winter wonderland—our cows are loving it too! 🐾❄️

While they have the option to cozy up in a warm shed, our cows prefer being outside, prancing through the snow-covered fields. With their thick winter coats, they seem right at home in the crisp air. From snow-covered noses to frosty ears, these gentle giants make winter even more magical. 🌨️💙
