Crafted from Pinot Noir (70%) and Pinot Meunier (30%) grown on our chalky Hampshire slopes, it's a perennial summer favourite for a reason.

Breaking the mould • After 11 years in the making, today we launch our Blanc de Blancs 2013 – a rare opportunity to taste English sparkling Chardonnay with over a decade of lees ageing.

Bottled in 2014 but not disgorged until 2025, this is the longest aged English Blanc de Blancs from 2013 currently available, offering unmatched depth and maturity.

"I decided to hold this vintage back as I could tell it had fantastic ageing potential," says consultant winemaker Corinne Seely. "The extended ripening gave us more concentration and structure, which meant it would really benefit from additional time on lees.”

Bright gold in the glass, aromas of honeycomb and marzipan evolve into brioche, baked apple and candied macadamia on the palate, with firm, crunchy acidity and a distinctive saline finish.

A truly rare Blanc de Blancs built on Hampshire chalk, an exceptional vintage and the complexity that only time can craft.

The ultimate wine lovers’ lunch • For a limited time this summer, wine and food lovers are invited to enjoy an Estate Lunch at Exton Park as part of our Tour & Tasting experience.

Usually reserved for private events, we are opening up our dining experiences to visitors on select Saturdays from June to August, offering an unforgettable lunch, surrounded by 60 acres of vines in the heart of the South Downs.

After exploring our vineyard and winery, head to Exton Hall for a guided tasting. Lunch follows on the terrace overlooking the South Downs, weather permitting, or in our Dining Room with seasonal dishes served buffet-style for sharing.

Prepared by our in-house chef Adam, using the best local produce, the lunch menu changes throughout the summer and is designed to pair perfectly with our exceptional sparkling wines.

Dates are filling up fast – May, June and July are now fully booked, with just a few August places still available.

From fleece to field • This season, we're trialling something a little different in our apple orchard...using sheep's fleece as a natural mulch!

Sourced locally from the fleeces of the flock that regularly grazes in our vineyard, which are then laid at the base of each tree, it's a simple idea with an impressive list of benefits.

"It improves soil structure (the worms love it), releases nitrogen and creates a habitat for predatory insects that feed on black fly on the apple tree leaves," explains our Vineyard Manager Fred Langdale.

This is regenerative farming in action – turning a natural by-product into an asset for the land. And if the trial goes well? We're hoping to extend it into the vineyard next season.
