Are you celebrating National BBQ Week this weekend?

It's the perfect time to fire up your grill and here at Croots we have some wonderful new lines on our butchery counter including:

Turkey and chorizo burgers
Caramelised onion steak burger
Pork leek and smoked bacon burger
Black garlic and pepper steak kebabs
Korean pork kebabs
Smoky beef flat ribs
Korean meaty pork ribs

The Perfect barbecue also includes the right seasonings, sauces and condiments to bring that finishing touch to every plate.

Here at Croots, we have a wide range in-store including Tracklements Condiments, Tubby Tom's seasonings and rubs and Charlie and Ivy dressings.

Stichelton: Intensely rich and creamy, with sweet caramel notes and deep umami character. Not a Stilton, but, every bit as impressive made with raw milk to a historic recipe. It’s a bold and uncompromising tribute to the great British blues you've tried before.

Raewald: A wonderful soft cheese, it's supple, smooth and wonderfully mouth-coating. With it's rich nutty flavours it almost has a meaty, savoury depth.
