There’s not much meat on them bones…
Our butchery demonstrations highlight how we best utilise every carcass, especially those of our smaller native breeds to ensure maximum yields of meat. Ensuring that the animal is well respected and our customers get the best quality.
And the all important indicator that we’re doing things properly- bare bones - not a scrap is wasted here.
