The Exploration Series has had a refresh!

First up in this new (and we think improved) look is this Glasgow 8-year-old from an Amontillado cask, and it's a great dram to kick things off.

🥃Nose: Lemon tart, aged balsamic, oak, and vanilla
🥃Palate: Creamy and malty at first, with a fullbody and bittersweet oak.
🥃Finish: Long, malty finish with an oak-driven aftertaste.

A new Bunnahabhain is on the way and not just any Bunnahabhain, an 18 year old one!

This is next in the line-up in the newly created Unicorn Releases.

This beauty is on its way out of the warehouse next week 🥃

First frost of the year calls for a warming dram.

Next up from the Unicorn Releases is this lovely 12 year old Laphroaig taken from an Oloroso Sherry Hogshead 😍🥃

This will be heading out to distributors soon, so keep a look out!

Lots of new releases incoming and this one is especially exciting as it is our first releases as the Carrick Spirits Co!

Introducing the Unicorn Releases. Created off the back of our hugely popular Unicorn Series, this range captures the highest quality spirit from some of the best distilleries Scotland has to offer. As always, cask maturation and flavour profile are leading the way.

First up is this a 19 year old Longmorn which is full maturation in a bourbon barrel.

This beauty of an Inchfad was bottled for the Wh**ky Indy Love Festival in Newcastle and carefully hand-selected by the NEWAS team.

We have a few bottles left after the festival and we have now made these available for general retail and UK shipping 🥃😄

What an incredible weekend!

As always, the Indy Wh**ky Love Festival in Newcastle did not disappoint. Amazing drams, incredible punters, and the best team of volunteers going!

Thanks to everyone who stopped by our stand for a dram and to those who joined one of our master classes - it was a pleasure to see you all and have a blether. 🥃
