Lovely to see our Belhaven Smoked Butter included in The Times and Sunday Times Great Taste Awards 2026 article.

Along with four other Belhaven products all awarded stars this year, our Belhaven Smoked Butter 🧈 received the three star award ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

.it's not easy to win three stars. In fact, as John Farrand, the managing director of the Guild of Fine Food (the organisation that runs the awards), says: “Each year, roughly 2 per cent of entrants achieve a three-star rating. This year there were 306, out of more than 15,000 hopeful products.”

The team have been busy beetroot curing whole sides of Scottish salmon this morning 🫜

The beetroot bleeds such a deep rich colour, creating an exquisite marbling effect throughout each cut. Much like tie-dying a t-shirt, no two sides are ever visually identical.

Not just aesthetically pleasing, a combination of subtle earthy tones and sweet notes make this a versatile and inspiring product to work with, a true show stopper on any plate; just one of the reasons chefs love our Beetroot Cure Cold Smoked Salmon.

We love to stock quality local products in the Smokehouse Shop, so we are absolutely thrilled to announce tubs of award winning Giacopazzis gelato 🍦are now available in store.

Based in Eyemouth, the Giacopazzi family has been making its delicious gelato there since the 1900s and while we may be a wee bit biased, Giacopazzis is without doubt some of the best gelato we have tasted.

We have several scrumptious flavours to suit the whole family:

We had a lovely time at last weeks 🥰

Always great to catch up with all our fellow artisans, farmers, producers, crafters, makers and artists ❤️

It was a busy weekend for us, with one stall in Haddington and another at but it was such a fun and memorable weekend - so wonderful to meet so many fantastic people and share with you our Belhaven Smoked products 🐟 🧀
