Funk Weapon 2026 6.2%
Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour

The final of our four new releases available from Saturday.

Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown rolled oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. The fourth iteration of this beer is aged for an average of three months and packaged completely unfruited and un-hopped to showcase the mixed culture yeast character in full. We get notes of tinned pineapple, apricot, peach and zesty citrus along with a subtle funk that will develop over time.

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.

Blood Reign 7% (Collaboration with Radical Way)
Red Wine BA Flanders Red with Figs

The third of four new releases available from Saturday.

Brewed in collaboration with our pals at (Cyprus), this Flanders Red inspired sour beer is a blend of 70% provision strength ‘young’ stock beer brewed aged in a stainless steel for six months. A portion of around 30% ‘mature’ stock beer was aged in red wine barrels which had been soaked with Commandaria, a Cypriot dessert wine with history dating back to the Crusades.

The resultant blend was fermented and conditioned on dried figs for a further month. The resulting beer has a complex vinous character, along with notes of stewed plums, dates, fig and balsamic vinegar.

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.

1887 Imperial Stout 8.4%
Historical Stout

The second of four new releases available from this Saturday.

Inspired by the strong stouts and porters brewed in the late 19th century Britain, this recipe utilises brown, black, amber and crystal malts over a base of pale malt. Using all British grown kettle hops and fermented with a historic ale yeast.

Drink young or age, this will develop over time.

Iron Goddess 6.4% (collaboration with )
Mixed Fermentation Sour with Strawberries and Oolong Tea

The first of four new releases available from this Saturday.

Brewed with golden promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown flaked oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture which includes a blend of Brettanomyces strains. We refermented this beer with 250g/l of the first of the 2026 harvest of Scottish strawberries, grown approximately 24 miles from the brewery. These strawberries were added to the beer within one week of harvest to provide the freshest most intense fruit character possible.

Brewed in collaboration with in Hong Kong, we decided to add a cold infusion of Nanling Mountain Milk Oolong tea. This is a AAA grade of the Iron Goddess Oolong tea, grown in Fujian province China, and presents a unique creamy milk taste along with notes of orchid.

Drink young or age, this will get weirder.

Dundead IPA (2026)
West Coast IPA 6.2%

The final of our four new beers releasing later today (Monday).

This West Coast IPA rises from the grave once more, conjured up in collaboration with Dundee Contemporary Arts for another year of their spine-tingling Dundead Film Festival. Inspired by the horror classics, this IPA is a haunting blend of citrus, pine, with a nice lingering bitterness. All perfectly balanced to keep you on the edge of your seat.

Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour with Mirabelle Plums

The third of four new releases available from Monday.

Our house culture of Brettanomyces was aged for four months with a base beer of Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown oats. We refermented this base with 220g/l of Mirabelle plums. Referred to as the ‘queen of plums’ Mirabelle's are a golden variety renowned for their sweetness and complex layered flavours, notably honey, peach and apricot.

Blæk Blastie (Collaboration with The Gryphon)
Imperial Stout with El Salvador Coffee 10.2%

The second of four new releases available from Monday

Brewed in collaboration with , the finest Bristolian heavy metal pub/live music venue and longtime pals. We came together to produce an infernal imperial stout utilising a complex blend of nine different malts, demerara sugars and conditioned on whole coffee beans from The Source Coffee Roasters. We chose natural process Caturra beans from the Finca Noruega farm in the Apaneca region of El Salvador. The beer was cold steeped on these beans for five days extracting dark fruits, chocolate and caramel flavours. The result is a powerhouse stout with jammy roasted coffee layered over rich chocolate, caramel, demerara and black treacle.
