Good morning everybody.

The butcher boys have been hard at work this week with the start of the Partridge season.

We have in stock both the breast and the full bird.

A fantastic alternative to chicken. Significantly leaner and far more sustainable.

Also in this week we have some fresh wild rabbits available too. Limited numbers on them so first come first serve!

Also this week we have some amazing pieces for the barbecue before they are hidden away until next year;

Pork collar, bursting with flavour perfect for grilling and smoking.

Alternatively we have in this week some beef short rib. Lovely and meaty for braising and stewing or grilling on the barbecue.

All this and more available in store and also at the Dunfermline City Artisan Market on Sunday.

Good morning everybody.

Sun is shining this weekend. So we think that's a pretty good excuse for a barbecue.

Funnily enough, we have something just for that!

This week in special at an amazing value, we have club steaks back on the menu.

If you haven't been able to get your hands on them before nows your chance!

Or perhaps you want to let put your inner cowpoke, then we have some fantastic beef brisket for smoking and braising.

Also available is some meaty pork ribs and belly for slow cooking and grilling.

Also this week, some bangers for the barbecue, the return of the Wild Boar with truffle and porcini mushroom sausages
And the Venison Jalapeño and local honey

Along side our fantastic pork and Spanish chorizo sausage, which makes an excellent addition to any paella.

Good morning everybody!

With the kids now back at school and the mornings getting a bit darker each day, we might be putting the barbecues away for the year before you know it!

Good morning everybody.

Hope you all enjoyed watching the clouds- sorry we mean the solar eclipse on Tuesday.

We've got some great products in this weekend to enjoy with the warm weather we've had over the last couple of days (and hopefully a few more)

All your favourite prime beef cuts, such as Ribeye, sirloin and fillet steaks. Or some gorgeous beef brisket too for a great slow cook or roast.

Fresh and local game in stock too! From flying to field grazing such as woodpigeon and plenty of fresh venison and rabbits.

We have some great quality pork shoulder and belly in for all of those who wish to get the barbecue on before autumn begins creeping in.

Good morning to all our lovely customers.

Its that time once again, the butcher boys are busy prepping for this weekend's farmers markets.

You can find our lovely selection at the on Saturday

And the
At the Dunfermline Abbey on Sunday.

And oh boy do we have some interesting bits and bobs for you this week.

Fresh woodpigeon now available as breasts or as the whole bird oven-ready.

Also available this week, a handful of fresh and frozen wild rabbits. Limited quantity on these so make sure you contact us to avoid disappointment!

We've had a lot of requests lately for some nice cuts for slow cooking and barbecue; So we have delivered!

Beef brisket is back on the menu, available in a variety of sizes to fit all of your culinary needs.

Pork collar (or as Josh calls is 'Pork Ribeye') also now on offer this week. Succulent and full of flavour.

Also if you're fancying a wee pot of soup, you can with some fresh smoked ham hock.

And of course we have all of the usual cuts too;
Pork loin,
Pork shoulder and pork belly. For all occasions.

We also got a sneak peek at the sausage selection this week and have to admit, it's looking quite tasty this week. But we won't spoil it here 😉

Good morning everybody!

What a sweltering week we've had so far. No better feeling than getting home and having a barbecue in the sun.

But as the weather seems to be taking a return to the usual Scottish climate, we at Kingdom Game have decided to get a few goodies in for you this week.

Brand new to our repertoire, some beef rum hearts. This delicious cut comes from the centre of the rump and is amazing for slow cooked meals or even as a steak!
Plenty of it in this week folks so nows the time to try!

Also returning this week we have the much loved beef club steak. A fantastic cut of beef with a lovely marrow bone attached for that added nutrition and taste!

Pork galore too, with plenty of pork chops, belly and shoulder joints perfect for any of your culinary needs.

A nice array of sausages this week, including the return of the wild boar with truffle and porcini mushroom.

And to spice things up a bit in the butcher shop this week, Venison jalapeños and local honey! (The same honey you can find in store!)

This and loads of other goodies this week.

So make sure you pop in and grab some great food.

Good morning everybody.

This week at Kingdom Game we are keeping it simple and returning to some of our classic sausages.

This week you can bag our first and favourite sausage,

The Hickory Smoked Venison sausage. Long time customers will remember this bad boy and how good it is on a barbecue.

Returning as well this week is the fantastic Wild Boar with Tomato and Italian seasoning. Personally I love mixing this one through a pasta! But just as good on a roll.

And of course, we can't lose the toulouse, that's why this week you can sn**ch up these fantastic French-inspired sausages.

No Added Gluten Steak Lorne also available in half and full blocks fresh this week so grab them while they are fresh!

Scotland's favourite butchers are back from their adventure at Scone this week.

The boys carried out a very informative demonstration on how to butcher up a deer at the BASC tent on Sunday.

Not only that, they supplied some amazing sausages for the caterers. The feedback we've received is brilliant. The lords, ladies and members of Parliament couldn't stop singing their praises!

So if you'd like to try some of the upper crusts favourite bangers and burgers, you can this week in our wee shop.

Or maybe make a day of it and enjoy the scorcher we've got going on by visiting us at the markets!

A wee announcement before our usual post.

We would like to let all of our lovely customers know that our shop will be open this week; Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

We will be closed this Sunday as our amazing butchers will be joining BASC at the Scottish Game Fair to provide an exclusive butchery masterclass!

So if you want to see how the best game butchers in Scotland do it, then keep an eye out for the main BASC tent at the Scone Palace this Sunday!
