Wild Rover Food is the freshest, wildest food caterer around!

Working with a small network of amazing growers and artisan suppliers, we cook up the best of Scotland's produce on our Field Kitchen and Land Rover for your event. From flavoursome pheasant pies to right-good rabbit stew, we use the best of Scotland’s natural produce to serve delicious wild cuisine from our roving Sankey Field Kitchen. Because we care passionately about food provenance, we only work with the people who hunt, fish, grow and forage for Scotland’s tastiest produce. Travelling around in our lovingly-restored and trusty old (1961!) Series 2 Land Rover, we source food directly from local game-dealers, farms, and Scotland’s tastiest hedgerows, so that as the food seasons change, our dishes do too!

When it comes to charcuterie, nobody does it better than

We have been working with Jan Jacob and Anja for several years now and nearly every week their delicous venison charcuterie features on our grazing tables and starter boards. The venison salami is always one of the first things to be gobbled up by hungry wedding goers and a firm favourite amongst the Wild Rover team too!

One of our favourite and most popular mains from the summer months has been our organic lamb which we marinade in Persian spices, slow-cook and top with fresh pomegranate and mint.

It has proved a true crowd pleaser, converting even the strongest lamb skeptics! Perfectly paired with new potatoes with sea salt and a Standhill Farm tomato tabbouleh.

The lovely Felix and Sarah recently tied the knot at the stunning just outside Dunkeld - what a venue and what a view! Their post-ceremony grazing table held outdoors in the sunshine was a real showstopper.

Iana, our resident queen of frittata making has got this dish down to a fine art.

She whips up a fresh batch basically every week for both our starter boards and grazing tables, using potatoes, free-range eggs, loads of lovely herbs and, of course lots of Wild Rover love and care.

Another day, another gorgeous delivery to our unit - this time in the form of seasonal blooms from in Comrie, expertly modelled by our Madeleine. We love working with head grower Cristy who supplies us with stunning flowers each week to decorate our grazing tables.

As we near the end of courgette season we thought we would give a round of applause to one of our MVP side dishes from this year's weddings - our charred courgette ribbon, butterbean and toasted pine nut salad. A gorgeous accompaniment to our slow cooked lamb or beef brisket.
