I’m honestly still trying to take it all in—I’m completely blown away by my amazing kids and Jay our future son-in-law. They wanted to do something special to mark the end of Juiceology after so many years, and they truly outdid themselves. Kyle even created colour-coordinated cocktails to match my juices (seriously, how thoughtful is that? And they tasted pretty good too!!). Even my dad 85 years young (aka Rock on Tommy) enjoyed his wee cocktail Shots and then the amazing P**n Star Martinis made by Jay. (He’s the best at making these). The night was filled with so much love, laughter, and all the little touches that made it unforgettable.

Massive thanks to Hannah Adamson for the beautiful decorations—she brought everything together so perfectly, and I can’t recommend her enough if you’re planning something meaningful. And the cherry on top? I now have my very own mini me to keep forever.

It was such a special night, shared with the most special people. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I’ll never forget it. A perfect end 💕

With orders already exceeding capacity, I’m beyond grateful and filled with mixed emotions to announce that the order book for March 31st is now officially CLOSED. What could’ve been a bittersweet ending has turned into an unforgettable, record-breaking day, thanks to *YOU*! 💜

I can't express enough how much your support has meant to me. It’s been a joy bringing Juiceology to life and sharing these cold-pressed creations with you. The love and loyalty you’ve shown has made this journey so incredibly special. 🙏

But don’t worry, I’m not disappearing just yet! I’ll still be posting for the final week, sharing some last bits of inspiration and all the juice love you’ve come to expect. Plus, the page will remain open for you to access all the recipes, juices, and much more that we’ve shared over the years. So you can still enjoy everything Juiceology has to offer, whenever you need it!

May your day be as fresh and vibrant as our cold-pressed juices! 🍏🍋🥬

✨ As the old Irish Proverb says "A good friend is like a four-leaf clover, hard to find and lucky to have." Im so lucky to have had the best customers who've become the best friends ✨

To celebrate, I thought I'd sharing a healthy St. Patrick’s Day juice recipe that’s sure to make your day feel lucky! 🍀

Lucky Green Juice Recipe:

1 cucumber
2 green apples
1 handful of spinach
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1-inch piece of ginger

Instructions:

Juice all ingredients.
Stir and serve chilled.
Add a pinch of cayenne for an extra kick! 🌶️
🍀 Want to make it more Irish? Add a splash of Irish whiskey for an adult twist! 🍀

Pro Tip: You can freeze your juices as normal, but you can also freeze your juices in ice cube trays to make refreshing smoothie pops or add a splash to your water for a burst of flavor that lasts longer! Or, pop them into ice lolly molds for a cool treat anytime. ❄️

**Green Energy Juice**
- 1 green apple 🍏

As we count down to our last ever juicing day on **31st March**, I want to assure you that I amstill taking orders as usual — so you can stock up on your favorite cold-pressed juices! 🍊🍏

To celebrate our journey, I’ll be looking back at some of my favourite posts, memories, and milestones with you. It’s been an incredible ride, and I'm so grateful for all your support! 🧡
