We were lucky enough to be joined at our recent harvest event by owner and founder of Scott Deas. This most beautiful of droppers is wonderfully tactile and really adds to that sense of occasion for the spirit experience …a uniquely Scottish liquid served in the most stylish Scottish fashion.

Recently we hosted one of our fabulous stockists, the North of Englands centre of gastronomy at our annual Highland Silver Sap harvest event here in the Scottish Highlands.

Our guest Iona Rogan brought with her a wealth of experience in regards the many and varied uses of Highland Silver Sap within luxury drinks experience, notably within her ground breaking cocktail ‘The Hurly Burly’. This whisky based work of art utilised the silk-like texture of the sap within pearls that burst on the palate creating a balancing smoothness.

We very much look forward to building upon the success of this creative and innovative partnership and wait with bated breath for the next mixology masterpiece.
