Rulesmains Aberdeen Angus Rulesmains is a family run herd of pedigree Aberdeen Angus cattle, in the Scottish Borders, Scotland. Today we have grown our herd to 60 breeding cow.

The herd was established in 2007 with the first few Angus purchased where from Rawburn.

The Border Aberdeen Angus Club Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at Kelso Golf Club on Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 6.30pm for a prompt 7pm start.
An agenda and a copy of the 2025 AGM minutes will be circulated in due course. In the meantime, I am delighted to inform you that the meeting will once again be followed by a three course dinner from the lovely Pat Hirst and her team, see menu below:
